Any seasoned angler is well aware of the conundrum presented by weather. Very often the ideal fishing conditions for the angler may often pose very undesirable feeding attitudes in some fish. Still, other fish react favorable to those conditions.

On the other hand, Captain Jake has had amazing catches under conditions that even the heartiest outdoorsman would balk at.

Rarely would the captain cancel a trip under adverse conditions. The simple rule is all about safety. Extremely heavy wind, cold temperatures or heavy rain all can be dealt with effectively on its own and can produce phenomenal fishing. Put two or more of these together and the safety factor goes into jeopardy.

Should the Captain have to cancel your trip because of unsafe weather, any deposits made may be transferred to another scheduled day or refunded entirely. Extreme weather can enhance your adventure, but when your safety is in question, the Captain reserves the right to cancel.
